CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PHASE ONE COMPLETE!

Capital Campaign

The Monarch School Board of Trustees and the New Campus Capital Campaign Committee proudly announce the completion of Phase One of the campaign. We have raised a total of $6,218,450 which is well in excess of the total Phase One budget for the now completed Chrysalis building and its portion of common infrastructure. The construction cost for the Chrysalis building itself equaled $4,426,100 and its share of common infrastructure and owner provided items was $956,400 for a total Phase One cost of $5,382,500

We are delighted to have exceeded our Phase One fundraising goal by $835,950! This is a substantial beginning to our Phase Two capital campaign, the Butterfly building, which will house the Challenger and Voyager portions of our program. Its current projected cost is $5,289.200, less its portion of already completed infrastructure, which totaled $540,500. Thus, our fundraising goal for Phase Two is $4,748,700.

The board is also working on a tentative timeline for Phase Three, the Monarch Center, which will house the Life Academy, Learning Center, Diagnostic Clinic and administrative offices, to take full advantage of favorable construction costs. We plan to move into this phase of fundraising immediately upon achieving our Phase Two fundraising goal.

We are deeply grateful everyone who helped The Monarch School achieve this historic milestone.
