Miracle
Makers Morning – Save the
Date
November 8th seems like a long
time away, but it will be here before you know it. Please save
the date for our 6th annual Miracle Makers Morning to be
held on November 8th at the Westin. Many of you
have participated at the breakfast as a Table Captain in the past,
and some of you may be new to this concept. Either way, we
will need your help to fill the ballroom to make sure this year’s
breakfast is bigger and better than ever. This is the one of
the most IMPORTANT ways you can help the school….and it’s free and
easy! To find out more, click here.

We Need
Your Help!
As you know, the Miracle Makers Morning at
the Westin Galleria is a fantastic event where the money raised goes
to help The Monarch School educate more students and reach out to
more people in the community. We are currently seeking individuals
and companies to help us offset the costs associated with the
breakfast through sponsorship. This is not only a great
opportunity for Monarch because it allows us to spend all monies
raised on educating more students and the community, but it is also
a great opportunity for you and/or your business! For more info, click
here. |

A Moving
Contribution
On June
26, 2007, 30 interns from the ExxonMobil Community
Summer Jobs Program descended on The Monarch School to help out with
a moving project. Their task: help us move a generous
donation of office furniture and office supplies into our new
warehouse - staging center for materials that will be used when our
new campus is ready! Three truckloads and five hours later -
task complete! Without the help of these fantastic interns,
this project would not have been possible. A big THANK YOU to
ExxonMobil and the Community Summer Jobs Program for making this
project such a huge
success. |
