Jennifer Arnold received her MACC from Florida Atlantic University in 2005 and her MBA from American University in Washington, D.C. in 1995. She holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a double major in Business and a minor in Psychology. Prior to joining the Monarch School in 2008 as Business Manager, Jennifer served as Controller of St. Francis Episcopal Day School in Houston for six years. Although she is a native Houstonian, Jennifer lived in Washington, D.C. for eight years where she worked in the corporate, government, and non-profit arenas. During her sophomore year in high school, Jennifer was a foreign exchange student to Berlin, Germany for a year, where she lived with a German host family and attended a German Gymnasium school for 10th grade. Following her experience abroad, her family hosted students in their home from Germany and Belgium.

Jennifer is excited to be the first full-time Business Manager for the Monarch School. She believes the educational environment makes all the difference to students’ success, and that the Monarch School offers a unique approach to working with kids with neurological differences. “Before joining the Monarch staff, I heard many wonderful stories about the school’s work with its students. I knew Monarch would be a place that I would enjoy working and feeling like I was making a difference!”
