                        4th Annual Founders'--Alumni Day
                                Saturday April 11, 2015
Our
4th Annual Founders'-- Alumni Day was held on Saturday, April 11, 2015. More than 85 guests were in attendance, including 20 alumni who came to honor Dr. Marty and Gene Webb.

Many of the alumni in attendance came to the podium to speak about their experience and time at The Monarch School and to thank Founders Dr. Marty and Gene Webb for their vision of a school for those with neurological differences. Former faculty, parents, former students and faculty were also in attendance.

Special guest speaker Todd Jennings, catcher for the Sugarland Skeeters baseball team, shared his personal story and encouraged students to find their passion-- for whatever makes them happy; and use that passion in life -- at school, home and work.

A special “Memory” room was set-up with yearbooks, scrapbooks, a flip pad and powerpoint with tales of the alumni’s life after Monarch. There was also a special area for guests to leave a special note for Marty and Gene Webb.

Alumni, Sarah McCord, has been named Alumni Liaison for The Monarch School.
