Perfect Timing

Generous ExxonMobil donation furnishes Monarch Campus

The Monarch Institute received a tremendous donation through Green Standards charity that included nearly three hundred  pieces of furniture from ExxonMobil. The donation included many types of chairs, desks, tables, credenzas, board tables, carts, TV’s, console, a couch and end tables. The furnishings will be used throughout the Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences John M. O’Quinn Campus, including The Monarch School, The Monarch Diagnostic Clinic, Monarch Therapy Services, Monarch Training Center, and Monarch Transition Services.

Students help unload the donation of furniture from ExxonMobil and faculty and students are happy recipients of the furniture donation.

The timing was perfect.  With the expansion of Monarch Institute for Neurological Differences John M. O’Quinn Campus, we are able to utilize the generous donation from ExxonMobil to furnish all of our buildings on campus, as well as our houses and apartments near campus that are homes for our adult students.

For several years we have been fortunate to have the support of ExxonMobil employees, retirees and foundation.  The recent gifts from ExxonMobil have allowed us to move forward with the furnishing of our new buildings, the residential houses and the apartments.  We are grateful for ExxonMobil and the generous spirit they show us and the community at large.
