Sepideh Nash graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and a minor in Psychology. Shortly afterward, while working with children with ASD, she discovered a growing desire to further her work with children with learning disabilities and their families. This led to Sepideh’s pursuit of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Houston Clear Lake. She is currently a licensed MFT-Associate and is working towards full licensure. She has completed emotionally focused therapy (EFT) externship and is currently going through EFT Advanced Core Skills, a year of intensive training.
Sepideh works to provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which to create positive change with students and their families. She uses her specialized training along with empathy, collaboration and humor to connect with students.
In her free time, Sepideh enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to work with the passionate staff at Monarch to help children, families, and educators reach their fullest potential through the therapeutic integration of education and mental health. She is looking forward to serving as a Therapeutic Coach.
