Tino Haddad

Tino Haddad is an operations leader at ROC Directional with over 15 years of experience across operations and technology roles in the energy services industry.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently completing his Executive MBA at Rice University, where he served as a Board Fellow for the Monarch School. He is honored to continue with Monarch as a Board member and is inspired by the school’s mission to empower individuals with neurological differences and provide families with meaningful, transformative educational support.
