Prior to joining The Monarch School, Caitlin ran a competitive dance studio in Pearland. Caitlin has been teaching dance to children 2-18 years old, as well as working with many collegiate students for 15 years.  Caitlin has three children (who are cats) Reenie, Radar, and Donovan. Caitlin enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her nieces.
